    We provide digitisation and archival services for photographs and albums. The exact scope of work is agreed in advance, following an initial review and quotation.

    All original materials remain your property at all times. All digitised files created also belong to you. We claim no ownership over your content.

    Care and Handling

    Every archive is handled carefully, one collection at a time. While we take all reasonable care, some items may already be fragile due to age or condition. We will flag any concerns before proceeding.

    Turnaround Times

    Estimated turnaround times are provided with your quote and may vary depending on collection size and condition. We’ll always keep you informed if timings change.

    Pricing and Payment

    Prices are agreed before work begins. Payment terms will be confirmed in your quote. Any additional work will only be carried out with your approval.

    Cancellations

    You may cancel before the work begins. Once digitisation has started. charges may apply for work already completed.

    Liability

    We take great care, but due to the nature of historic materials, we cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, or loss caused by factors outside our control.
